Here are some common questions that Guardian Angel users are facing:

1. Guardian Angel installation

   Please install the Guardian Angel communication tools first. After installation look for the "Communicator" in the "Navigator" window under "Expert Advisors"
   If it is not there:
   Close the MT4 and Open it again to finish installation process.
   If it is there:
   Go to the "Can not open the Guardian Angel"

2. I Can not open the Guardian Angel

   Look for the Guardian Angel icon at your desktop tray icons and Click on it!
   If you don't fint it, look for the Guardian Angel icon at your hidden desktop tray icons and Click on it!
   Make sure your Expert Advisors button is turn on. It is located at the MT4 taskbar If it is off, click it to activate

3. Getting only welcome message

   In order for the Guardian Angel to work you have to approve the Terms and Conditions. Click on the blue tray icon and Terms and Condition will open

4. How can I customize my feedback

   • Click on Settings at the console
   • Choose your desired subjects
   • Click Save
   • You can also click on "Remove Message" and it will disable it on the settings automatically
5. How can I set the stop loss defaults?

   • Go to Setting
   • Scroll to Advanced Configuration
   • Adjust your preferred defaults
   • Click Save
